look , i knw its difficult once the TN# stops working after it has already exported, but i had my share of #'s with zone and i didn't have any issues , i didn't even know ppl had issues in Janurary 26-28, i normally alway send pymt info  and just wait whenever ZOne emails me back, i figured the first 2 orders the response is delay not only due to the time TIMEZONE 

,but remember vendor's must prepare your product!, go to the postal system on top of every other daily task. so maybe 24-48hrs delay from INITIAL COMMUNICATION if you have already provided pymt info, if not and your wait for that yes and no communication than yest there will be a delay until you have decided and agreed to, and pymt info has been sent , time of pymt on both parties and TIMEZONE, and when party goes to postal system.... pls dont smash the vendor....

Mod's will not put up vendors if they didn't think they were legit, now i can see a lot of ppl trying to pull a fast one on ZONE and say they never received cause ZONE cant tell if you received or not since tn# stops working export, so that can be expected, or hey its the risk WE ALL TAKE, order small! if u cant afford the lost , ! 

I know the time zone in home country.  You gave similar, long,  educational lecture in another email vendor thread, saying vendors can't spend all day at post office, etc.  And I do know what can happen once mail is received at JFK customs, based on experience from vendors who do use tracking until mail enters port of entry.  There has been no communication here, at all, for quite a few of us.

im with Mr.CG on this ive been an over the pond kinda guy for 7+ yrs you only spend what you can afford. i have faith zone will take care of you. 90 days is normally the time a lotted for when you get your LL's yes ive got 11 in my time working with Serbs and S.A. key rule to this never use same address if catching more then 2 packs which did throw me off guard with Zone cause every serb ive used packed like each other. not hating every looked smooth and went well and plan on ordering more next week. customes is a bitch ive got packs with the red tape on them with a kiss inside from them to me on time as supposed to be. then ive had times when i wait months and and nice little letter came telling me to get bent we got ur goods. lessons learn dont be the bad guy in the situation these guys work in crews some take orders, some collect, some drop, and let not forget our packers they got a part too.it's not easy. i know i couldnt do it so let give respect where respect is do.

I've gotten 2 LL's from SA and received the following week at the same address.... I think they do spot checks, too many similar packs the same day, poor packing will have those guys things threw the X-Ray but yea good to change address. Just doesn't factor in all the time. I used to use to PO Boxes but I felt those arose even more suspicion maybe it's just me.

I ask zoned in a email but he is a busy man so I didn't want to bother him again till I order, I live on the West Coast U.S. and I had a remailer I've been using but would rather not have too always use it because it gets real expensive especially with big orders I have to buy and mail multiple priority lopes for . Does anyone know If it is necessary for a remailer with this country/vendor? I love his prices especially on the large orders but don't want to risk getting LL's especially since I don't know what zones policy on re-ships is. Anyone from my area of the world know the best way to receive from zone and his country?

I used a source from his country many times in 2014-2015 and had no issues what so ever.  I FELT TOTALLY COMFOTABLE DOING BUSINESS.

Still have not received anything the only reply I got was something might be mixed up with the Serb mail said it could take up to 90 days seems like an awfully long time. The first time was flawless and I would like to continue business as he seems like a straight up guy must have been a mistake somewhere, have not received an LL so I don't know what's up i no payment was received but envelopes not. If there is any way we can resolve this Zone I would like to please email me and let me know. There is really nothing I can do not trying to start trouble stating facts that's all have received quite a few birthday cards from proven time and time again trustworthy site so I don't know what the deal is, i acquiesce. Today is March 5th money sent January 28th receive tracking February 1st you tell me what should I do should I give up or pursue and possibly make enemies I am NOT trying to bitch out ,but really what can I do ? type really angrily..... glaciers of ice , life ain't nothin but papers and dice , sometimes sevens and Elevens, sometimes nothing but snake eyes

Has tracking showed that any postal service has it?  If not, Google tracking for his country and try to find out where it could be in his neck of the world.  If you finally see that someone is showing the tracking and it's actually in the mail then you can calm down and just be happy that it is on it's way.

I have a tale to tell.  Hopefully one can read between the lines.

My friend, the SWIM, has an exotic bird he calls His Jones.  His Jones has a peculariar appetite for things, some would consider crazy.

So my friend, the SWIM keeps an eye out for these items.  Back late January the SWIM came across this series of links here on DBG, actually in this thread, and reached out to this guy here for a menu.

Several emails later the SWIM and the gentlemen here struck a deal.  Late January the SWIM covered the expense and the items went said to be into transit.  This gentlemen provided a tracking number to ensure his word was valid.

Weeks went by without anything.  Then 3 weeks and four.  The Swim reached out and said, can you confirm the bird seed actually shipped.  I sent you a tracking number, and I have other shipping info show it was headed toward your prescribed destination.  

I asked what his policy was on reship as we were outside of normal delivery times.  He replied that IF I could provide the Love Letter from those folks on my end say "got cha", he would reship if I were to pay half of the original cost.  I thought that to be a bit much, but followed the link he provided and entered the tracking number provided.  This touted tracking number showed the birdie candy traveled several hundred miles and entered the Cu$t0ms facility in Belgr@de late January and that's where the trail ends.

So, now I send another email.  Explaining the items were snagged in his country and I would not receive the Love Letter, so I'd be out the total cost and Jones my birdie would go without.  It goes without response.

My next correspondence went unanswered, where I told him I should be paying nothing if he couldn't get the chit out of his own back yard.  I felt he should do a reship of the total order free and as a compromise at least reship half the original order.  I told him he needed to make this right.

I told him of how another Bird treat supplier from DBG, had a shipping issue and how he reshipped at his expense. That little piece of good will netted him far more in the long run than it cost in the short run.

Over the last 2 weeks I have sent 4 emails.  All I can see have been read, but no response back.  Not even a FO.

It just goes to show, sometimes you land in the Zone and sometimes the Zone lands on you.

I was rather pleasantly surprised with the fast arrival myself. Gotta love it. So far I have to say I haven't had a better experience concerning shipping and packaging than with zone. Granted I have only ordered twice. But I am very satisfied with both orders.

I can't help being jealous of all the people who have received their orders I still have not received an l l and no response from Zone they did have a good thing going and then petered out so until I hear something or get something I will not order again considering the amount of money I spend every month this is bull I will only use Eiffel RX from now on they have never let me down it might be more expensive but you get what I say you're going to get when you're supposed to get it and that's a fact thank you for ongoing support and optimistic views but i just dont have that much faith. For all i care they can eat a bag of dicks. My advice is to go to D been here a lot longer lot more success plus the option for reship but  Eiffelrx is still flawless you will always recieve your order, plus the myriad selection , if it is not listed just ask and they have everything the other mex. Vendors have including fent. And tryaz o lamb just ask.
