F@ck them. They knowingly took orders for over a month without letting the buyers know orders were not being received. I was so low on stock due to none arrival of my much needed benz0s from here and have a low income so it was a kick in the nuts.

I have no expectations of receiving my orders from Feb and March. So found a different vendor from this site and it was the best thing I've done. I suggest others do the same.

 
I emailed yesterday (didn't realize at that time it was a holiday there), expected a response today - didn't get one yet so I resent the same email for reship. We shall see but I went else where long ago, I am just wanting them to respond to me or DO something. All in all I expect nothing, and I foresee this as the end.

 
Thank you guys for your advice. Have been dealing with gunga and am very happy, just looking around for a second possible source, their, ttm, prices and products seem very very good,  and that you can use your cc is amazing, I am amazingly lazy lol. Thanks for the heads up huni.xxx

 
I got this response today: "We have just become aware that orders mailed between 22/Feb & 29/Feb went missing on our end and as this is totally out of the ordinary and not part of the risk you should have to bear, we will be reshipping all of these orders as soon as possible. With Friday 25th and Monday 28th being public holidays, we will start reshipping next week and will notify you as soon as your reship is in the mail. If you took the insurance option on your original order, the insurance will still apply to the reship we are doing on all orders mailed between 22nd and 29th Feb." I think it's a load of BS. I'm missing 2 letters. Could anyone more knowledge let me know of the ramifications if I do a charge back. I'm not a scammer just don't have the money to waste. Any and all feedback is welcome. Thanks!

 
Hi INTOTHEDUST if I were you I would MOST definitely try another source in the  international vendors thread.Look at the most commonly used sites and you will see who I talk of,email them or click on they're banner and you'll see a list of the goods available.I,m from the same country as yourself btw,but leave TTM for the time being and try the alternative source/sources.Wait and see how things work out with the OPs thread and if things improve then consider an order...

So I totally sympathise with the person whose package didn't arrive and ttm sed nothing, have registered with them, had to to get a look at the goods, and got email saying Hi and welcome and I cudorder.i wish I had sum friends locally that wud come in on an order, if I cud order more the price comes down and it's less of a burden, each order has to be justified to the other half, he is wonderful but don't wanna push it......!lol.

I hope things come through for you, unless your financially buoyant no-one can take a loss of an order, I am waiting on a delivery at the moment from gunga or wayne as I call him lol, I have run out and my gp is being a b1 tch so am on tenterhooks waiting for my happy delivery. My fingers are crossed for you, do the same for me huni lol. Xx

 
I have received from them, once and right after I registered. About 8-10 days to where I am in the US.  Great product, well put together. I waited the allotted reorder time (10 days).  I reordered to stockpile since the cost is low and -well - why not. Between my feb order and my March 1st, customs seized packages and there was a dozen or more LL's, this was literally a day after or two from when I was mailed to.  

At the start of March, first week of, a few people received orders from EARLY Feb (reships?) and that has been all folks! 

I emailed TTM yesterday (excused as it was a holiday for them)

I emailed TTM 10 hours ago, no response.

I am calling it now; those "reships" on those days won't arrive or that will be ALL -ever.

they responded nicely to my 3 week notice of no package, I'll give them till tomorrow as I'm going to be nice and understand they are "swamped". After that, I am going into a mode

Chargeback scammers is complete BS I just notified my bank money returned to my account. I told my bank I ordered 450.00 worth of Vitamins from JUST HEALTH HERBALS. Never received and am locked out of their website, when my bank tries to contact them they don't have a fing chance of getting paid. If it shows up I'll contact them and pay them. I believe they are going out of business not mailing crap and making excuses. How convenient it's a 4 day weekend in SA. Im not waiting for them to disappear! Top10 Turds mfers

Update on TTM

I'm disgusted to see how they are still accepting orders (don't forget to pay your extra insurance) knowing there is a big problem and nobody receives.

Concerning this and some other facts I would consider not to order anymore from this vendor.

*I would strongly recommend to spread out your orders with more than one different vendor.*

I would recommend to click on one of the banners on top of the home page of the forum to find another vendor.

No need to pay extra “insurance” I personally know vendors who will reship for free.

Make your own decision after reading feedback.

I have spent tens of thousands with them over the years, customer service for a customer who was buying from them when it was "Harry's" in 2008. They or either not mailing anything or they are aware of a problem with the post office and continue to take orders when nobody's received shit in a month and a half.

 
Just an update for those of you who are waiting on reships / orders and do not have THEIR forum access:

They are NOT responding to any forum msgs nor emails (including my reship to be sent). Never have they went MIA like this. Just info for those of you locked out of the forums or wondering if anyone is hearing anything, the answer is ziltch.

If  you've gotten an email from them in 4 days, could you post that you have? It would prove their selectiveness in responding

I regularly order from ppe2u and doc is always able to be reached. I received this reply:

Thanks for your new order, and my sincere apologies - we have now heard that there might be an issue with the Post Office over here that is causing the delays so hopefully all orders are only delayed but will still arrive. Many folks are waiting for their orders at the moment and it's very frustrating for all concerned. So I'm really sorry about this and please be patient.We are however still processing orders because we believe that when the normal postal service resumes then it will be good to know that you have an order in the pipeline which will still reach you, even if it is delayed.There are many rumors of massive parcel backlogs & delays at the Johannesburg International Postal Sorting Centre but the SA post office will neither confirm nor deny this rumor.Hopefully, our luck will change or we will see an official explanation in the press explaining the delay.I will keep you updated of course of any new developments and let's hope for everyone's sake that this situation is resolved soon and that the mail starts flowing again.Thanks again for your understanding and best regards,Doc

That's a better response than you know who he sounds like a stand up guy I would order from him if this mess were to ever clear but never ttm again

 
Update: 

Received email to start reshipment process.  For those that fought with me about "lost / stolen" goods being reshipped - even with insurance; not only does it say in writing on the front page on their website under "insurance" that they do - but the email I received stated they honored it.  I was told I will have to pay reshipment shipping cost IF the original does ever show.  I'm not a thief, and despite all the drama and lies from them - I will pay the shipping cost. 

Emailing now for shipment and will update when it's mailed (is that allowed?)

 
Reship in place:

heads up: you must click each box that says you received last order / happy / it was all there ( there is a box you can check off to state you didn't ) but you cannot move forward in the process without checking that you received and are happy.  I have screen captures of the order for my own personal records, do the same if you reship. I did email Blake and inform him that I had to check those boxes or else I couldn't go forward in processing the reship.

Keep your emails

Be careful and mindful.  Also, I did NOT pay a shipping cost for the reship.  Their wording is a bit off so I'll clear it up; 

When they reship, if your OLD order appears, you'll be honest and pay them for the reshipment they sent in replacement of, with the standard shipping rate as well.  If you plan to be honest, make note of the shipping rate for the order and screen grab it so that it's not debatable.  Chrome has an add on/extension that has an aide to "snip" only what you want to grab.  I recommend that, so that you aren't editing the screen grab and get accused of fudging prices.

I received just about the same email. It did mention March orders. 

We have just become aware that orders mailed between 22/Feb & 29/Feb  went missing on our end and as this is totally out of the ordinary.  Your order isn't in that time frame but it would appear march orders  are taking a really long time. Message us at the 4 week mark (4/April)  and we will instruct you on what to do.

 
I think you are all giving TTM way to much forgiveness here I am fine with taking the risk and if it gets confiscated it your problem the problem here is they continue to take orders knowing nothing is getting through and they are not telling people there are any problems. I placed a order on 3/8 but first I sent a email and asked how is shipping going any problems ? I was told everything is fine. Well as I know now and as they new at the time everything was not fine and as I know now they flat out lied to me in this case I not only think it is there problem I think they need to refund my money.

They not only took my money under false pretenses but they continued to tell me there was no problems. so I told them all this in a email and got no response for 3 days so my next step is to call my bank. Non of you would just lay down and take this from anybody els and I don't intend to I will put up with allot but not being lied to so you all do what you want but I am not putting up with it from anybody.
as much as i agree with you, they have this thought out very well. remember all those boxes you check upon checkout? its to save their ass in situation like this. and on there main page it says all "scammers" (which we would likely be put under) will be reported to some fraud exposure site...
