I got a reply from them today regarding my order mailed 16th March to Uk - I usually get my orders in 5 days , I got we have no control over the postal service , anything under blah blah clap your hands , and if it doesn't arrive within 3 months it's deemed lost - 3 months I could swim there and back and get it myself in that time, I said it's obviously seized or lost and he replied only people who paid for insurance will get a reship

If I ran my business like this it wouldn't be long before I was on the old rock n role 

At this point - If you can - do a chargeback.  You didn't have insurance right? So essentially you'll never receive - my advice is to get another vender and chargeback as they didn't deliver as promised

I read on the web if a company gets a serious amount of chargebacks they will have numerous ways of taking payment in the future taken away, so this will hit them big time 

if you do a chargeback - what happens - does it show up on your credit file

No. Chargebacks are a benefit provided to the cardholder by the card issuer. There's no penalty for initiating a chargeback. Your card issuer "has your back" to a certain extent by allowing you to chargeback. 

Does this go for pre paid cards as well?

I have not ordered in like a year because I was pregnant for a good part of that time. I thought it would be forever based on responses here and on their forum. The packaging is slightly different from what I remember. It has a p.o as a return address which I'm not sure if it had that before I think it may have towards my last orders from them last year but am not positive. I can't make out the shipping date from the stamp but the sticker that has the po box says March 23th. I know it's hard to believe when one person just reports received but I'm sure with in the next week stuff will start to come in at least for the later part of March.

That's weird to me (not saying you're lying at all) - so that was a LONG time to receive and I wonder if I will get mine as I won't charge back if I do.  I'm far too honest to pull that shit. Hoping to see other areas reporting

yep! but only if your name is on the pre-paid card  I've done it before 

When a company has a serious amount of charge backs and if those same people report them for taking funds and not receiving, they will be listed on Google as a scam site. 

It does nothing to you - don't fall for their bullshit scare tactics.  They do this / just like tracking - because they don't want to own up to not mailing out IMO. I literally know of no other company that doesn't provide a damn TN or free reships (all they do is look at TN and see you didn't receive or whatever and RESHIP FOR FREE).  Not having a tracking # allows them to con you into insurance and also a false sense of security. What it truly does for them is to allow to say they did things but you have no proof other than they took your funds unless you received package or LL.

I was advised by someone I trusted dearly and now it's all questionable.  

Never tolerate someone who has your hard earned money like you are shit on their shoes.  Do not allow scare tactics. Don't believe shit till you see it. Their insurance and shipping rates tally up to the white truck service - but they refuse because then they have to really provide

I'd like to see posters who always order and always post in:

The UK

and Anywhere in the US aside from the north and southeast.

Don't think for a moment they aren't posting here.

It's unusual not to have any UK reviews, they are generally plentiful. Hopefully, we will see some soon, I can't even remember last time I seen a UK LL from any vendor never mind TTM.

Some may doubt the veracity of my earlier post. I've been a member of this forum since 2013 and have contributed nothing before. That's because I like to keep a low profile and because I had nothing very worthwhile to say. I'm posting now because this forum has been useful to me and I felt I owed it to the members to report that I had received my order from TTM. I hope that those who are still waiting may pause before writing off TTM and doing something hasty to get their money back.

I received an email from TTM support, which indicated that everyone whose orders were mailed between 22 and 29 February 2016 would be getting a reshipment.  I'm uncertain whether they are reshipping to everyone or only to people who took out the insurance, which I have been doing since it became an option for UK residents.  Anyway, I received my reshipment yesterday and it was all in order.

It's been 48 days since my order and some have waited since Feb 12th - not hasty

I'm still waiting on a March 8th shipment, Southeast US.  I e-mailed them about a re-ship but haven't heard back yet.  Up 'till now I've had 100% of my orders delivered.  Still trying to think positive...
