Well I received an email from Top Ten about the April 10th situation Here was his reply:

"Thanks for the update Robin.

Anyone who expects the postal system to run like clockwork, clearly has no concept of the number of steps and amount of physical handling an item of mail must go through to get from point A to B.

It never fails to amaze us that some people expect mail to get half way around the world quicker that it normally takes domestically within the USA.

Our standard reply to queries regarding mail not received within a week or two is as follows;

Patience, you are expecting too much from a system that is not an exact science and certainly doesn't run like clockwork.

It's way too soon to be concerned. It's only been in transit for just on two weeks.

Remember the standing rule - allow for 3 weeks and clap hands at anything quicker. Worry at the 4 week mark and consider it lost after 8 weeks."

This is a copy and paste email. Word for word. I recieved the same exact email a week ago pertaining to a different matter

I think it may have hit a snag on the 10th maybe too many orders that day etc......I too have become use to receiving 10 calendar days every time so if I did not I would be concerned as well.

But like he says: Patience.

My orders actually have been working so well as well as most t10 customers out there however next order I am thinking of going for the insurance.

Yes I eventually did.. the email I recieved a week ago was from an order that was going on 20 days. But yes ttm is good with me. However I too like sticking to smaller orders with this vendor... less stress and it seems they arrive faster

I'm beginning to get frustrated attempting to register for this site.  I have tried about 5 times in a month with no luck.  Anyone know where else I can get reasonably priced codes?  Hope it's ok to ask this question here.  After SL I've been SOL.  Thanks everyone.

acgador - Good to hear you did finally receive. I also am one on the 4/10 ship date with no receipt yet. small orders is the way to go for right now with a number of places with the problems of some long standing vendors. Sorry I have not chimmed in earlier but had problems acesing dgb signin. Don't know why.  But... I still have a little hope (not to much but little) that the 4/10 orders will show .. just never know so go low!!!!!! First time I had tried them - what's the stats on that - one time - and it's the problem day!!! Will let you know if mine shows .. if I can log back in!!!

so far i've tried the @dco z0lps and find them weak - i checked carefully and tried them more than once.   I also got their X@n0r @lp 2s (you 94) and like them a lot.   I just orderd some samples of six different things so I can figure out what's good and what's not.  I like the way they do business, tho and for me they process fast - once you are registered.   I also put in special requests for mquaal0ne which i understand can be had in that region and for sub because with the demise of SL i have no other source.  They haven't responded to my request and I asked again when I sent my order for samples.   In My Account status they added a note that someone would get back to me, so I don't think they are ignoring me.   I'll update when I get my samples.

I really think that the volume is probably through the roof since sl went out. Please remember none of these iop's last forever. I have seen dozens go south. Order only what you can afford to loose!!!

IMHO I think that an entire sack of orders is sitting in customs somewhere.

@rs, from my experience, their products are very good, but you may want to skim the 54 pages when you have time

Finally made an order that is confirmed mailed.  Thanks for all the advice posted here.  I kept it small, with samples.  Once I got through the logistics of registration, getting a prepaid, etc., the communication and ordering was great.  Will update when received.
