She quickly replied and said it was a supply issue. She apologized and said she would send the rest of my order asap. I will update when that happens!

My order didn't go out yesterday. A did try to get it out on time but It was too late. She said she would send it first thing this morning. Will update when I receive. Anyone else get package today?

 
I'm receiving PM's about orders with A not arriving this morning that were placed yesterday. I'm looking into the matter further so we have good information. We may be looking at another temporary bout of the 1 day shipping delays we encountered late last year. That being said, let's maintain calm folks. While hiccups like these do occur from time to time, A and her other vendor group members have a flawless, unblemished track record of delivery and taking care of their customers. No need to panic. I'll report back as I receive information.

 
Also, just for the record, I absolutely understand how anyone awaiting delivery is feeling. If one were to search my historic post activity, you would find that I too have experienced this several times, once over the Christmas holiday that involved me having to sweat one out, as it were, so I absolutely get it. That being the case, I also know that panicking and shredding the vendor a new one won't fix your pain. The bottom line is, I have full and complete confidence that this vendor group will take care of everyone, and the reality is, these things happen in this industry, with every vendor. It certainly isn't fun when you're impacted, but we need to keep in mind what business were involved in folks.

 
One other thing folks. It just occurred to me that it's only 8:00 am, or a little after, on the west coast. I rarely get a reply from A and her vendor group members prior to 9:00 am PST, noon eastern. Before we rush to any hasty judgments, let's allow the usual and customary process to unfold. Again, I'll post any updates as I receive them.

 
I have never had to problem with A.... Mine arrives and all accounted for /default_tongue.png

A brief update for everyone awaiting orders from A. I've been informed that all of her clients will be hearing from here within the hour, and that all tracking numbers from yesterday's orders are live and in transit. It's conceivable that orders went out economy overnight, or whatever it's called, as opposed to regular overnight with 10:30 am delivery, although that's just conjecture on my part. In any event, sit tight. Everything will work out. A and her group are the very best.

 
I can vouch for at least one of A's orders from yesterday being received by 1030am overnight delivery ...Miss A you're a rock star!!

@Robin Hood-She did say asap. Just to clarify! A is great and ALWAYS comes through for me. I was just posting my situation, which I what I thought this board was for.

Not trying to stir up trouble but in Lucy's defense she wasn't complaining about something being an hour late. She just said part of her order was missing. I don't post every time there's an issue with my order BUT I like to think if I do no ones going to jump all over me. About a year ago my orders were late 6-7 time straight. I was so frustrated. I got on here and bitched an complained. I knew I'd get it but I was nervous right? I believe that's what the forum is for. Where else can we freak out?

Now fake complaints? That's another issue.

 
I was not freaking out about an order being an hour late! I wasn't freaking out at all! Again, I just posting my experience like everyone else on here does. What is this message board here for if not to discuss issues(good or bad) with vendors? No need to get all "bold font" on me!

Yeah I know........

Jewy & I have been having a busy day on a possible scammer. I just dont like to see people wasting my thought process in my never ending exhausting quest for fairness. Especially to A!

And I try and discourage any reporting on the board until you at least contact the vendor. LOL I have had 60+ posts to police today.

Maybe I need a break!

Man - just gotta ignore the stupid. I've decided to quit trying to help newbs not get scammed. Darwinism in action. Now if someone posts something stupid I report it to admin and am done with it. I don't have time or the energy to waste telling people not to be morons. In this last year and half I've been here I've seen this a few times. Mostly the idiots leave on their own.

RH your time is too valuable to spend on that nonsense. All of our time is. I looked at some mean posts I made a while back and the people I was trying to beat over the head with facts were oblivious to what I was saying.

So not worth it.
