Do they have a thread here?well usually they have fulfillment centers in the US, so it should only take a week or two. There might be some logistics problems? Have they responded to you?
I had one order that never showed. After about a month i wrote to them, and they resent it, and it came in a week. So i really like this company, but things keep changing and good vendors can turn bad real quick. But RCB have been around for awhile, so i wouldn't panic.
If they didn't respond, try to email them again. They are super friendly.

Though I ordered on February 2, the status of my order is "processing". That's something that one usually sees before they sent it out.
