whats the best way to get the most oyut of these besides injecting them? i tried bumping 2mg and it was nice but then the next day i did another 2mg and nothing happened at all.... is there an easy way to tell if they are fakes? got them from a legit vendor but they arent on his usual menu had to ask for them special

Unfortunately, if Wiki is correct, the bio-availability is low when taken orally. Here is the info as copied from the wiki page: Hydromorphone is commonly used in the hospital setting, mostly intravenously (IV) because its bioavailability orally, rectally, and intranasally is very low. Sublingual administration is usually superior to swallowing for bioavailabilty and effects.

Until the introduction of Oh Seas the stuff you got was virtually the only substitute for IV users of hair owen in this area. There was another combo of something people call Tees and Blues that was supposed to be the next choice of said users. How you managed to find what you have is about as easy as finding original formula oh seas from what I gather by reading some of the posts on here.

As far as telling if they are fakes nobody can tell you without testing them. I can send you a PM and would be willing to have my lab issue a report. lol... Having never had any experience with it myself my report wouldn't be of much value though. I would think there had to be a taste the first one had, and the second should have been the same.

I am very expierienced with these and if you have a tolerance 2mg will do absolutly nothing. IME 8-10mg=30ish of another frequently used medicine. orally these do not do muc at all. Insuff is usually in the 50%, and iv the obvious 100%. You probably do not have fakes as everything recieved has been legit, in which there have been many variations of brand.

A vendor I use has some of these around. Wondering about oral use only. I've read mixed reviews. High Tide says they are not that useful orally. Other forums put them up there with Fent. as the strongest of the strongest.

I need to do some more pharm research but thought I'd ask for anyone's personal dilly experiences.

I've taken 5-6 of the 2mg little white ones (legit script) orally and a 10 perco did more for me than those.  Now, had to go to hospital for a kidney stone one time and I received an injection of the big D (to be fair I don't know how much was in the needle) but it was night and day vs. the oral.  The injection sent me spinning.  Just my experience with it.  S-

I only know of one place that sells those and I wouldn't trust their quality for anything on that product.  Yeah, strong stuff... I know someone who put an extra one on once and ended up in ER and almost died.... I was not even aware you could get it in anything but a patch TBH.

Definitely in the M3x section, but not in the vendors' respective website listings.  You will have to ask your vendor of choice if they carry it.   I recall seeing it on one of the lists recently but I don't keep those emails on my computer for safety's sake.

Do you know what dosage they were? If it was 2 x 25's (I think 25 is about a typical dose) then that gives an idea of exactly how strong the stuff is.

There is a oral Fent called a BUCCAL TABLET.  I've never seen a single vendor carry it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it could be found on the SR.

Just as a brief side note, most, if not all of the SY vendors seem to be out of stock where all Fent products are concerned, both pops and patches. The vendors I've spoken with about their stock situations have all indicated that they have no idea when they may be back in stock, which is somewhat telling, as the SY vendors tend to be a bit on the optimistic side when discussing inventory arrival expectations. Not sure what, if anything, this means long term. Just FYI.
