Just an update for everyone. It’s been a week since I placed order and received TN. Still nothing has happened other than label created. But it’s been a week already and still hasn’t been dropped off at U$P$. Also still no response to any of my emails since receiving the TN
It took a couple days for my TN to get moving after the label was created. Hope you get yours.

I tried my DE last night and it did work. Still need to try the Rilm...
 
@EShotterset yeah I know it can take a few days. The only thing is though is it’s been over a week now and it hasn’t shown up to U$P$ and he hasn’t answered a single email since getting my money and giving me tracking number. I can understand if something came up and he was busy. It’s not that hard to answer an email and let me know what’s going on.

Sorry for such a delay in response. My partner had to take a quick leave of absence and while doing so broke his phone. I did not know things were not business as usual (which is usually seamless). I apologize to all who have had any issues receiving their orders. I have all the tracking for everything sent and if you have not received your order please let me know. I am just getting to know this platform so if I am not replying properly please let me know through here. I can't get to Proton right now. So this is my only option.

So are you gonna take care of this or do we all have to wait for your partner that not only didn’t ship my subscription but hasn’t answered an email or anything since the 13th
 
once again I was told don’t worry we will take care of this and send it out tonight. Well here we are another day gone by and still no movement even they assured me it would go out last night.
 
Well thank god after being ghosted for almost 2 weeks my subscription is actually finally on its way supposed to be here in the next couple days. I will report once subscription has landed. But thank god for this guys partner because I had assumed I had been screwed over. Now it’s finally been shipped. But I would still be a little weary about ordering again until they figure out how to work together and get rid of these super long delays. On the other hand I would love to order a certain product when it comes in and hope this bullshit doesn’t happen again

That's a fair assumption, but it is just that. I am not in any way trying to make up excuses for the unprofessionalism already happened. I am simply trying to pick up the pieces until my partner returns. It's not a matter of working together it's a matter of having certain responsibilities that were * incorrectly **** separated and not collaborated from the start because that's what worked for us. But then to have an emergency come up and him have to leave abruptly without providing access to his side of things really put a slice through anything that did work. We have definitely learned from this experience and from that I accept the critical reviews because it's not something that can just quietly happen in life in this business. I do not expect any sympathy from our life lessons. But I will show 100% the gained lessons learned from this and only actions no words can rectify that. I thank every one of who helped me help you for sure. Humble respect and gratitude from the heart.
 
I didn’t mean to leave a critical or negative review in anyway. If it came across that way I’m sorry. I understand things happen that are unavoidable. But I would just like to say working with you was a delight
