Placed a donation roughly a week ago through Uncharted for the first time in a few months. Glad to say that he hasn’t missed a beat in the time I’ve been absent and my experience was excellent as usual! 10/10 overall experience and I couldn’t be any more satisfied.
Left him a ton of reviews in the past but haven’t done one at all this year so I feel the need to share positive feedback with the community.
Wicked fast and professional response time to my initial inquiry. Donation arrived sooner than I expected and he went above and beyond to ensure that my donation was promptly taken care of. He never misses a beat and keeps me constantly updated on the status of my donation. This is extremely reassuring and something that not many other vend0rs take the time to do.
Quality is top notch as usual and his customer service and support is top tier. Placing the donation was pretty easy as he’s got step by step instructions on his site. Really grateful that he continues to work with me and I’ll absolutely be returning again sometime soon.

Just received my order that I placed 06/13, it took around 7 days for the product to arrive, the infamous 4 letter carrier has been very inconsistent as of lately; obviously no fault to uncharted, but just the carrier themselves. Uncharted once again always comes through, his linear approach to business always makes me confident in his ability to deliver, quality, and reliability. Once you place an order, he will always ship the following day, this dude is like a literal machine. I am never left dissatisfied, or, disappointed by uncharted and his amazing way of doing proper business. I will always stand on my opinion, that uncharted is the best vendor for O-Desmethyltramadol, hands down. His OPSEC and attentive way of handling packaging is phenomenal, and shows his devotion to his customers, and overall business. I talked with my supplier for O-DSMT and they will be out of stock for a little over a month. Currently I am stocked up on O-DSMT and have a previous shipment on the way now but I am dropping the maximum order quantity at a time to 10 grams until August 1st in order to have product available when other's do not to increase my client base with quality clients.

Update June 30th, 2025:

Apologies for the lack of updates everybody last week there an issue with a couple orders not updating as soon as they should. I went ahead and reshipped them after not updating within 5 days so that they would make it within the 2 week period before I just automatically refund their order

Shortly afterwards all shipments (even the ones that had not updated in 5 days) updated with their current status so it looks those 3 clients will be receiving double. A small loss to ensure my reputation is in tact, though continuing future business with those that receives double is not likely.

Luckily, it appears I was not the only one experiencing shipping delays last week it and now shipping has gone back to its normal flow now that I know what to expect and where.

This guy is a joke. He is completely unhinged. I emailed him hours before 8 Eastern, then he gets back to me at 8 Eastern, of which I promptly returned his email. He said he was preparing everything just waiting on payment and my address, which I had already sent. It wasn't even 810 when I got back to him. I asked if it would go out the next day, simply to know what to keep my eyes peeled for. He sends back an email demanding my email address that I had been using to contact him, I assumed he meant my Bitcoin address so I sent both. I wasn't demanding tomorrow just asking to know what to expect. The guy was a complete jerk. Steer clear of this guy. Having slightly lower prices doesn't entitle you to be an asshole. I didn't realize a question was too much for him to handle

I would compare the service to that of something like Amazon based on speed/handling/priority but maybe just a little more personal as you get a friendly caring vendor who’s responsive and will make sure everything is going good along every step of the way.

One of my favorite things about uncharted is truly the simplicity when placing any orders (if you can follow simple directions) and how quick it takes from placing order to having it show up.

I also appreciate the consistency and the limits being placed so there will always be enough to go around and enough to stay in stock for long as possible and although main supplier stock can maybe have you low sometimes you clearly try your best so that’s no fault of your own.

I haven’t had a single issue on any of my orders so far but if something were to ever go wrong, based on previous good experiences and uncharted’s reputation for being diligent and responsive I can guarantee everything will be swiftly taken care of.

Thanks a lot for saying what I had to hold back, this all could been avoided by just reading my website's basic ordering rules.

Telling someone to stop emailing you clear text messages after 3 back to back with only 1 related to business is not treating someone poorly. I have to take not only my own OPSEC into consideration but my clients as well so while he may not care if his address is exposed in clear text, it makes me wonder where else has he exposed it in clear text.

Overall it sounds like a recipe for bad business and has the potential of jeopardizing other clients orders with a potentially flagged address.

I don’t think a lot of places are for human consumption meaning not just chem magazines. I mean everything from top to bottom. That doesn’t mean everything is all the same. It means whatever mag company opens a business it sells a great selection of books because word gets around very quickly as to if they are around in 6 months, something they are doing is right. The ones people buy mags from and only last a month with hundreds of complaints are the ones that didn’t care about anyone, made what they could and got out. Many people do care what they sell to others but many don’t. I was always taught when joining a fourm , do your homework and continue reading and don’t stop cause you will always learn something new from the next person. I believe that and will still tell people if you want to make sure the company your using is good and are real, selling up to date magazines daily and it’s been going on a few years now. Obviously they care and they are doing everything correct. Please read before you purchase from anyone cause you don’t know what they have. Read reviews for months and be patient and you will know who is the best company in the business. Jumping right into it is the biggest mistake we all have done. Live and learn and teach yourself who’s the best and who doesn’t give a shit about you. It’s not hard to figure out. Just be as patient as you can and you will know who’s the best company in the industry. I only know these things because I listened to what people were trying to teach me on how will you know it’s the right place for you and this is what I was told. I never taught myself any of this. I just learned by listening and it was worth it. I love telling people what others have taught me cause the information that was taught to me was free and it worked. That doesn’t mean you won’t make any mistakes moving forward cause I still do but im ok with that. I know enough what’s right and what doesn’t feel right. That is the best advice you can learn when your making mistakes even though you leaned so much. I have never felt more comfortable ordering my magazines from companies now then I did 10 years ago. It’s a great feeling even if you fail. Just move on to the next one and only be willing to loose what you can afford cause books can get expensive when your dealing with a great writer. I hope this helps some people that are new, but I’m sure many of you know this information already.
