Im getting on emails now and answering any unanswered ones from over the weekend. If anyones labels didnt update over the weekend I will be here tomorrow (Monday) to ship those and make sure they update sometime that day.

Any urgent emails that I havent responded to (may have missed ya on accident) throw me a new email with *urgent* in the header. Thanks! If you dont hear from me tonight, youll hear from me tomorrow afternoon for sure.
Will you be checking labels individually to see whether they've all updated, or should we let you know?

So should I have expected my sub to ship already or? I thought it was not going out till after you got back (I thought your already left lol)
 
Looks like I squeaked in before the break. Great communication throughout the process, and everything landed a couple days earlier than expected. Decided to try a custom tie dye science sampler mag, and it contained slightly more selection than agreed upon! Big ups to rift! Packaging was 100% on point as well.

Only downside is i received some of the blu (i think its light blu so r1lmaz?) instead of the red (f1ualp) as requested, but honestly not a huge deal at all. Probably for the best since I haven't been in the lab in quite a while, im gonna be a little rutsty i imagine.

As of right now, I wish I had four hands so I could give these tiddeez 4 thumbs up!

My label still says "awaiting from sender/shipping label created..." after 6 days. Disappointing, but I'll email upon your return. Have a good break.
 
MY OFFICIAL REVIEW of RiftChems

Every experience I’ve had with Rift has been excellent. My very first order was missing an item, but he resolved it immediately and even added extra on the following shipment. That kind of accountability speaks volumes.

Rift is a legitimate vendor—worth both your time and your trust. Shipping is fast, communication is precise, and everything has been handled with consistency and care. If you’re seeking research materials, this truly feels like a one-stop shop, and Rift has proven himself to be the man behind it.
 
Not sure what’s going on with the eu stim/dissos mags in general, but they all seem to be taking much much longer than the typical inventory items to ship. After finally receiving an original sub back earlier this month for few of the original stim/disso items (made a review for these - all great quality), another sub was placed for some MXPÇP & 3-ĦÔ.

Rec’d the MX along with a generous sampling of èthýlbróm (roughly 5-7 days), but unfortunately, still waiting on the 3-ĦÔ.

MX and èthýlbróm are very nice quality, and packaging was top notch as well.

Officially over the 2 week mark waiting on the 3-ĦÔ now, and still no updates to ID either, unfortunately. Likely didn’t get to my email prior to being OOO. Hopefully I’ll have a positive review to give once Rift is back in action.

Although Rift is generous in providing extras for late orders like he promises, my only gripe would be to put some sort of disclaimer on these eu stim/disso mags that’s along the lines of, “these items may take up to ‘x’ weeks to arrive, and will ship separately from regular orders,”.

That way his inbox isn’t being flooded with emails like mine or other clients that’re left wondering why they’re receiving partial orders, and why there’s no movement on the subsequent TN that’s added.

This is clearly not rift as i have never contacted him using my protonmail. Looks like they are just adding your DBG username to protonmail domains and sending bogus emails to each one in hopes that they get a match.

Definitely doublecheck the email address if you also received something similar.

Just got in the door and im going to get a little sleep before responding to emails & DMs later today. Ill also be getting tracking numbers out today for those that placed orders onsite during the break.

I checked tracking numbers for the reships and it looks like they updated yesterday. So, if you were waiting on your tracking to update please check again and shoot me an email or DM if yours did not, and ill take care of that ASAP. I am going to have to refund a few 2mmc orders (or sub for different product) as I did not have enough to complete the reships on that for those that didnt update initially. I will send out emails for that first when I am on later today.

There’s nothing that Admin or Gracie can do about it.

The only way to minimize them guessing your email address is to make sure that it is COMPLETELY different from your DBG username. This should really be standard practice across all applications/sites.

I believe you can update the email associated with you DBG account through the settings. So I would recommend anyone that has the same username and email address go create a new email now, and update it in settings…

This is precisely what I did due to the problem and also the kind of wisdom that ought to spread through these forums like wildfire in a dry field. I deeply value your voice, for I have raised the same concerns myself on more than one occasion. It is, without question, a pervasive problem—parasites and charlatans profiteering off the honest labor and hard-earned money of others. Such exploitation corrodes the very foundation of what we are trying to build here, and it must be named for what it is.

Tracking has been added to all processing orders from the start of the break till tonight.

Responding to emails as much as I can. I will be spending the weekend catching up fully on them as there is just too many to get through by the end of today.
