My order was routed to post office and was asked to collect. Big nono! Customer service told it will take 20 days for them to get back to me.

After all, we are dealing with postal companies. If they decide not to deliver it to the address but to a pickup point, there is not much we can do about it. We can not deliver the packages ourself..
