@RiftChems Are you alright? We haven't heard anything for a while. I ordered a week ago and my package hasn't left yet. It kind of makes sense that you wouldn't take countless trips to the post office for security reasons but a message here and there would be reassuring. Thanks.
 
I placed my first order just days before everything seemingly went haywire around the holidays. Everything was processed and received in a reasonable amount of time.

Given that experience, I rolled the dice and placed another order. Hopefully it all goes smoothly and is processed in a reasonable amount of time.

However, I will keep the thread updated as to my experience (hopefully after the reading materials arrive)
 
I’m guessing he hasn’t been working on his off site because of it too, it keeps saying 404
I still have same site, weird your getting an error. I will say I’m pretty fucked cuz I don’t get paid till the 6th and he offering 20% discounts rn. Perfect time to buy the sample pack I’ve always wanted to but couldn’t afford😂damn dog cancer

Nah I mean he was building another site with a password regulare site is till up.
 
Hey guys, sorry for my absence since the weekend. We got kicked out of our production/shipping location and have had to spend the last few days moving our entire setup to a new location. Orders have still been going out during that time and ill be adding tracking to yesterday/todays orders tonight.

Getting to all DMs/emails when I wake up.

Off-site menu we are still waiting to receive the products for before opening up. Expect new products soon (probably mid next week)

Shoot me an email and put "urgent" in the header. All packages were dropped off already so that should have updated - all the trackings I can find on my end are moving so hit me up. riftchems@protonmail.com
 
I’ve tried communicating directly. This package took forever to get out. Now it’s being returned to sender?! I checked. My address is correct and receive goods daily.

I’m infuriated. This was poor communication and terrible organization.
Your message to me didnt contain any order information to look it up - ive messaged you back for that info, please reply when you can. All packages are sent with the shipping information provided to us at checkout. We will reship if it was a mistake on our end.

I have been trying to reach rift for days now. I have been waiting for the 2nd part of my items for 2 months now ..

I do not get mad typically and I give anyone on here or in life a lot of wiggle room and a lot of time for "benefit of the doubt" reasons.

I NEED my items at this point and it looks sold out on his website . So I REALLY HOPE.tjay he gets SR17 back in this week as he said it was coming soon. Because it was shipped from a separate location last time. Makes sense as he just said he was missing for some reason like that. But this is no excuse. I NEED HIM to RESPOND to me and STOP IGNORING me. He is responding to other people as they are telling me and then when it comes to me needing even info on my item or when it will actually get to him and go out, he won't even give me the respect to answer any number of msgs.

Rift, please respond by the end of the night...

He said he’s catching up on emails like his site says. He’s not ignoring you I don’t think. Just pm him on here withy your issue and hash id. Could be accidentally going to email spam. It’s clear he’s trying to fix things.
 
Yes thank you. I would never have left a response on a forum without attempting to msg and email for days and days, but thanks for your input. Also we've went through this and I've been waiting months friend. I am not just some person whining in someone's business because it's been a missed email. I advocate for rift on a regular basis typically. It's been awhile and I am always very understanding. Trust me.

I emailed you using a different email idk if it's kicking it back it is saying it is for admin@rift so idk if that what's happening. Please delete this long reply on forum I know it's annoying but I can get a hold any other way to you. Other than I tried a different email of mine to yours. But you should be getting my emails.

Bottom line I did not receive parcel. I've been trying to reach you many ways IDK why it's not going through. Just if the sr from that location

Oh my gosh thank you for replying... Seriously I appreciate it now so much. My device is having an issue with the webpage and sending receiving msgs. But I have emailed all your emails many many times for quite a few days now. I also put urgent in some of them as you out that to put for someone else if they needed to send or more importance. I don't wanna put all the business out here on the forum. Could you please check your email, or emails either one I sent the same messages to both to try and get a hold of you. I never received that part of the order. I did receive the original order of the first part, not the stuff from the other location. I don't know if it's not you directly and that why they messed it up. I talked to USPS discreetly as I know a friend that works at local. He said I have to file lost to get money back and it went back to sender. I don't want to do that because I don't want to officially report it as IDK what that would do and IDK where it went that worries me.

Like I said you can delete this msg but please check your email because it's annoying I am having hard time with my phone browser loading DBG in general but also messages.

Dor being too long with his time frame and not being responsive enough, and for an exteeeeended period of time. Regardless or excuse being valid or not. It had NOTHING TO DO WiTH THE QUALITY OF HIS STORIES, they Re ALWAYS ON POINT....
Accuracy and quality, golden... This was just a lack of communication with not only his clientele, but also the admin or admins and people in charge like that of the site for a little bit too long of a period of time. I want to emphasize again his products are still of the same writing material and quality if you have gotten it before you know it's good reading and it still is and it had nothing to do with that which is actually the most important part. Though it is important to be cordial and to be responsive and to be on time and consistent in that matter as well, not as much so as long as it's not too far off and you're trying to catch up and you are giving it all your effort and eventually coming up with a solution that works. I mean waiting a little bit longer than you're supposed to or a little bit longer than just somebody would wait for some other book is not a big deal and for anybody that it is I feel sorry for you because you have issues probably in other parts of your life as well so and you can't be understanding in this situation. More importantly it was not the quality or accuracy of his books I will repeat it one more time they were good still are good and hopefully will continue to be good just lack of communications timing and seeming to be Mia but then came back and I don't know if these Mia again but I'm sure he will come back again. If not eventually he just won't get back on the approved list and that's his choice I'm sure he'll make the right one if not no none of us can do anything about it only him. I guess I'm just here to now what was supposed to be in short and long tell you it had nothing to do with quality and you can always still rely on that it wasn't that five out of 10 books were good and it used to be 9 out of 10 or 10 out of 10 it's always been 10 out of 10 and it's still has Ben 10 out of 10 just people didn't know where their books were or if they were even going to get them or when and that's the whole gist of why he got taken down. I'm sure with a few weeks or maybe months of consistent distribution of correct materials and just doing what he's been doing but in a more organized manner which I've even offered myself up as someone who would help him organize but he says he doesn't need me which is fine or he did at least a long time ago so I hope that he shows me and shows us he doesn't need people and he's got it covered.

Right now I'm really concerned about MY product, Because it never came and it was a very expensive set, at least to me, maybe not to him, but me, amount of money (or product amount's worth)....

If he did continue to pull what he did last time or drop Mia for too long again or not take up people like me or anyone's offer on helping out and organizing things then he would not only end up off the approved vendors list but he would never get on it and probably would possibly move really low on the suggested list. I don't see how he would ever move to a blacklisted version because that I would think would be reserved only for the worst of the worst and for people advertising books that aren't the actual book or a book that has a cover with no writing inside. Which is not the case with him so it would be pretty hard for him to get blacklisted I don't know what the solution would be. Let's just hope that he figures it out. And if you're curious if his books were not accurate anymore, they are and may just be an issue of logistics going on right now so if you want to make your choice to get something and maybe it takes a month maybe it takes two months maybe it takes 3 days that's up to you. But I can attest that even if it does take a month it will be what it was meant to be and you will be happy with your books and your reading. I know some things like I got half my order the colors coloring books I guess were the same as always and good and came from one location and the SR book I was supposed to get times two I did not receive but it came from a different location and he just said himself that he moved from location to location so maybe that had something to do with it I don't know? Rift please send me an email I sent you an email now from a different protonmail email with urgent and my name on dbg and my email on dbg so you'll know it's me please respond I know you don't have that book in stock or maybe you do but let me know that and let me know when you're going to get it please don't make me wait until you get it in stock to let me know you have it in stock just let me know you're going to have it in a week or two or four days I'll leave the form open sorry for the long post. I will just say one last thing rift has been awesome and is awesome and I know and have a good feeling faith that he will be back to how he was but also better and the logistics will be worked out and he'll be matched with his quality and accuracy and all that just as good as the maneuvering of items and the communication. Maybe he just got a little bit too big of a librarian before he could get help and was unexpected I don't know.
 
I've never ordered from him before but the sample pack of magazines seems like too good of a subscription to pass up
