As only fair I’d like to points my review. I placed my order on 02/13 and at arrived 02/21. I received tracking 02/18 three days prior and it wasn’t shipped until two days before landing and comms can be stressfully let’s say when your payment system cancelled an order after my bitcoin goes through yet it shows on the order it’s cancelled and I truly don’t like blowing anyone up but I need answers. So far my magazine quality is good as always I have no complaints and that’s what really makes this difficult because I would never shit on rift but it if you could find a way to streamline shipping I firmly believe you would take over the game: it’s a 4 hour drive where my order ships out of and I would rather drive and pick it up instead of waiting 10 days to 14 days for landing. So as much as I love rift this is my honest review

Subscribing - 6/10
Comms - 5/10
Shipping - 3/10 - sure it arrives but two weeks is insane compared to other vendors usually if it would take that long rift would hook me up, I didn’t get that this time.
Magazines 8-9/10

Like I said if you could streamline shipping and actually send a product out when you say you’re going to per email you would rule the industry. I hope this doesn’t affect my ability to order in the future I just want to keep it 100.

Rift raises a fair point. Once it makes it to the post office it arrives within days. Lucky I live close and its 2 business days max so I will be changing my shipping review.
Subscriptions 7/10 (Sometimes the payer fails, thats not rifts fault and he corrects if emailed)
Communication 7/10 (Ive never not gotten a response)
Shipping 6.5/10 (Product always arrives once it makes it to the post office)
Magazines 10/10 (I've never gotten a mag and said damn I wish I didn't order this)

That is my review as I've ordered with you multiple times and it usually ends up being the case where you send me a tracking number two days before the mag is even taken to the post office. I wouldn't have said a word but it's like you send me tracking just be like yo, heres the tracking I'm waiting to fill other orders before I drop everything off. I'll continue this in email but I felt I needed to respond to this publicly as well.

The logistics of any subscription service must be practical and safe. Every time someone goes down, it’s because a mistake was made during the drop off. It’s the weakest link in the chain and if a couple of extra days delay means everyone gets to kick back and relax with another beer each night at home instead of the clink, so be it. As much as we are used to scamazon or whatever other store offers automatic next day service, this ain’t it. Safety for you and safety for the man is the only real thing that matters. Patience is a virtue… yeah, a cliche. I know. But man, it goes a long way with the shit.

I agree. I've requested an admin delete my initial review as it wasn't as well thought out as it should have been. If I could delete posts I would however I can't.

Thank you for understanding. This wasn’t particularly directed at you as it was all the post we see complaining about a mag not arriving in what’s usually an unrealistic timeframe. The funny thing is, you can’t even trust ID these days. I’ve had shit that hit my town on the same day that the preship was finally posted. Throw in weather and whatever other bullshit that is bound to impact our precious cargo, it’s almost guaranteed that something is going to hit a snag. I blame Murphys law.

So I ended up with a sci-fi book about planet pYñ@ZoL@m. This is definitely my favorite read so far in this genre. Very enjoyable when fully immersed in the story and a very nice after glow when complete.

I responded, and I will provide a reship this one time, but both batches of Clobro you received are from the same batch of pressed tablets, so I am not sure how there is such a reported difference between the two from what you report.

Some tracking labels we sent out are still on "label created" but were dropped off. Some packs have been slow to scan in the prior weeks, but I expect they will start moving in the next 24 hours sometime.

the worst part about everything is the waiting for that tracking number as confirmation everything is good. The suspense from waiting inbetween reading the books is a doozy. Once you get that tracking though, everything is just peechy because you know your good. I cant imagine how busy these guys are! I have crazy respect for these guys

I hear lots of great things about Rift from people on this site but I tried out ordering a fluo mag and got it just fine. However, even though I haven't really been readings mags lately my mag seemed to not really work. Like at all. I tried reading multiple at a time and still got nothing. I certainly could've just gotten a bad print and was unlucky but unfortunately I can't really leave a good review on something that didn't work. The exact same mag from a different person seemed to work really well. But with Rift I got nothing. Again, could've just been me getting unlucky with this batch of mags but I felt like I ought to let people know at least.

I'd like to try ordering again since so many people seem to love him but I'm not sure. Very unfortunate, but if I ever get some mags from him again I'll be sure to let people know how they are. Just not sure if I should take my chances yet. Seems like there's plenty of people who love him though so I'm certainly not making any claims about him not being a legit dude. I just can't personally say that my experience went all that well

@RiftChems id like to apologize and clean up the mess that I made I don’t mean to come off as ignorant with my first review(now deleted by my request) you do great. You are one of the most trustworthy and spot on vendors on the site and at the end of the day everything I subscribed for ultimately arrives. I let my frustration with being burned by another vendor on here come out and it came out in a way it shouldn’t have we’re grown men and I need to act more like it. You’ve seen my posts in the past where all I do is dick ride because it’s true. I really respect what you do and what you do for the community. I really hope that this doesn’t negatively impact your business at all and we can move forward with our relationship. Thanks @Redman for putting things in perspective. I fuck with ya’ll heavy.
