No problem @AlHoffman69 It's only appropriate I give him/them a chance to make things right.

Errors happen to everyone, but I can't tolerate it when people don't stick to their word and carry on as if it's ok.

He/they sent me a mail saying they would let me know when it was sent, 4 days is more than enough for that - without any mitigating explanation.

I got no such email response and today see he/they have been plenty active here, even starting up new business threads that Admin shut down.

Such avoidance of basic comms etiquette is not acceptable, it's disrespectful at least, if not a sign of something worse.

At this point a refund would be simplest for all concerned.

@purelychem I do hope you respond appropriately and don't try hide my posts in a bomb of posts, it will only make me more determined.

This account was made 19/3/26, posted the above 20/3 and hasn't been seen since.

Presenting them as an indicator of orders delivered is not credible.

The others presented as examples of orders dropped are actually of samples, just 3. Samples are not orders.

In fact mine is the only actual order I can find and that's not going too well. Though there's still time.
