ahhh that explains it....you have a few options right now. You can now call your cc company and request the temporary hold be released since its been more than three business days which is usually how long cc companies prefer to wait before removing/releasing a temp hold....but you have to tell your bank 1st that the reason you are asking them to release the hold is BC you tried reaching out to the vendor and cannot get thru, and no purchase actually went through...then you can just cancel and walk away, but..Palmira will re charge once the product is ready to go....but at least you'll free up money not going anywhere and if they don't process, then you did good by getting your money back earlier on in the whole waiting process...this isn't a charge back just so you know...so you wouldn't get in trouble.
