Ttm has always been legit and supportive even when some products may not be whats expected. Im over 15 orders and not once beendissatisfied, however i only can speak on their bEnzohs...

Ahhhh, I get ya know. I had no idea that those little bots sometimes on the bottom of the page would actually be collecting info.

Is there any way of blocking them out of here? I'm no computer expert, by any means.
There are no 'bots' on the bottom of web pages - a bot is a program that runs on a remote server that automates some task, such indexing the contents of a site.  Googlebot is probably the most obvious example and I think you can guess what it does.

Yes, there are several ways of stopping bots from indexing a site: robots.txt, blocking certain user agent strings, make users register before they can access the contents of a site.  ALL of which have already been implemented by the administrators of this website, therefore it is entirely pointless misspelling or mangling product names beyond recognition as they will NEVER be indexed by Google, et al.

I build my first website back in 1995, when a certain paranoid delinquent on here was still wearing his nappies.  Believe whoever you want, but I am getting very fed-up of watching this individual bully and intimidate other members who have done absolutely nothing wrong.

Hahahahaha, paranoid delinquent? I'm no bully, nor am I paranoid. I'm looking out for the integrity of the site. If anyone on here is bullying, it would be you.. I don't care how old you are, it's 2014, not 1995, things change, bud. Pointless to argue here, so I'm taking myself out of your pissing match, go get angry elsewhere.

Even if all you say is true, LE is supposedly no stranger to this site so going to the few seconds of trouble it takes to "camouflage" a word or person or place couldnt hurt so that everything we say and do is not written out in black and white for them to see, with a big fat Websters dictionary sitting right next to them and their coffee and donuts.

Friday I agree. The misspelling helps when people do general searches. Like if you searched for Zaanypig on a search engine this site would show up as one of the searches.

As for LE they probably know more about what goes on, how much, how often....then we do. So any bit of camouflage can help.

I think the important thing to remember is not to be so specific as to inform someone as to when, where, how much, addies... so much info where someone could determine how and where something is moving and especially if they can see a poster who's blabbing.

Did I actually say who I was referring to?  The fact you've assumed it's you confirms your paranoia.  /default_smile.png

I think the site admin(s) know what they're doing and don't need your misguided assistance.  Your 'help' is equivalent to letting someone's tyres down, so they don't get a speeding ticket.  Please don't do me any favours.

If anyone on here is bullying, it would be you..
Add delusional to the list whilst you're at it.  /default_unsure.png

At last something we can agree upon.  For instance, Google wasn't invented until 1998 - and we all know how that has changed the landscape.

Pointless to argue here, so I'm taking myself out of your pissing match, go get angry elsewhere.
Yes, go find someone weaker and less knowledgeable to pick on.  /default_wink.png

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough the first time.  This website does NOT allow itself to be indexed by Google or any other search engine.

That advice I agree with 100%.

Ok, sorry for getting involved in the mix. I see valid points on both sides.

Especially, "I think the important thing to remember is not to be so specific as to inform someone as to when, where, how much, addies... so much info where someone could determine how and where something is moving and especially if they can see a poster who's blabbing."

Anyways, for the sake of peace, let's just move on and get back to discussing Top10meds or even grasshoppers, if that's what it takes.

It's not worth the potential and possible outcome of escalating this matter and somebody (who knows who) gets in shit, for lack of better words.

Let it all go...

Peace.

Attention Members:

Can we please keep slinging matches out of the forum. If you are going to discuss things try to keep it out of the form of personal attacks or remarks. This thread is for information.

Yes, scrambling products names is actually pretty pointless. We used to believe in it as some form of protection but we are much more relaxed about it these days.

Pugwall and ykmmmmm it would be helpful for everybody if you could try to make amends. I hate to see disputes continue.  I will send you both a PM so we can try and get to the bottom of this.

Xegh

P.S. Informative please guys.

I'm chill. Told ya I wasn't going to argue here, Xegh. No reason to, as I stated above. I didn't derail this train, I simply stated that we shouldn't post the exact names of products. If it does absolutely nothing to protect the site (I'll take your word for it) then that's all I need to hear. Out of habit, however, I'll still be doing it. Plus, I like to /default_smile.png 1337speak.

Hi, Xegh.  Thanks for the 'official' confirmation that scrambling product names is totally pointless.

As far as I'm concerned, there is no longer any dispute.  /default_smile.png

I am glad that is cleared up.

To be honest it is a confusing subject with arguments for and against. There is risk associated with it but we collectively decided it was minimal especially as other boards where openly using the product names. The reality is what does it actually mean to the DEA, anything?

Time shall tell all I suppose. For all anyone knows we're a group of compulsive liars just satisfying our underlying need to lie about nonsense.

Ok my bank notified me that someone from another state has tried to use info to make purchases. (they blocked them.)  I would advise everyone to stick to prepaid only cards and not debt or personal credit cards.

I dont use paypal or ebay.  My pc and mobile phone is virus free, im not trying to pin ttm2u for giving my card info away but I dont know of any other way this couldve happened.

I know you are saying your not trying to "pin" it on ttm but you kinda have!! For starters they are not based in the US so seems unlikely they would be using your data in another state, unless your suggesting they are selling personal information to people ???!!

Before putting potentially inflammatory comments on the thread maybe approach the subject more subtly. Thanks for raising the issue though we will see if anybody else has a similar problem.

I would however suggest a long hard think about how else it could of happened.

Virus free is unlikely by the way. Do not take a virus scanning software as a way of gauging if you are virus free things can be missed an new virus are created every day/hour. Hence the constant need to update your virus software.

It is not just virus's either that can grab information there are countless ways that could of happened.

Yes I understand what you are saying, but I am very careful when it comes to banking info.  Yes maybe Im just unlucky, but also ttm2u could be a victim of the heartbleed exploit or something similar, and not even know it.  Ive only used by debt on amazon xbox live and ttm2u.

As far as product goes im 2/2 with both arriving in 7 days like clockwork with everything in pack and accounted for. but again my bank blocked it and I promptly closed my account.

edit: Maybe someone can figure this out I got the call from CMPTR SVS INC, they told of a suspicious charge out of state and recommended me to contact my bank, I did and there was a suspicious charge, although it didnt get through it made me feel on edge to say the least.

since I dont download any torrents, movies, music, games, and anything else. I never visit any malicious sites.  I also get every update to my antivirus and do a full scan over night.

Like i said thank you for raising the issue, if other members experience a similar problem then we will have more to work on.

youre welcome.

they sent me this

Please note that it is not possible for us to charge you twice for an
order as your card details are deleted from our system as soon as we
have inputted them to our processing bank.
Which could mean its safe, but also could be something else was compromised.

Also quick question if you order on a friday and its mailed does that mean its headed over seas friday or getting ready to be shipped out.  The status of the order says shipped.

I have spoken to ttm before about both these matters. In regards to your information they always seem to be very professional about it.

As for the status they claim when it says shipped it is in the mail.
