Yea, I agree that is very shady taking money out after the purchase.

Does anyone have experience using visa credit card with them? Do you have to call the 800 number and tell them you are making an out of country purchase? Or does it go through, thanks for any advice.

From my experience that is a completely different charge once the initial transaction clears. Everytime I order internationally, the international fee will come a few days later stating it is a FEE from your bank.

I searched their entire site for any mention of additional charges including handling, donations, or that mystery charge. I looked back in my records and saw that I was charged an extra $2.34 on my debit card for no apparent reason. Hidden charges like this can cause a lot of problems for people who are low on cash or credit and only have a balance that matches the price of the meds. I would love to know if anyone could figure out what this extra charge is, or actually email them and get a reply about it. I mean, sure, these guys provide a mostly reliable and uncommonly fast service, however, it gives them no right to take advantage of their customers because of it. They also know that the majority of their customers will still return for their cheap meds and fast delivery regardless of being ripped off for a few bucks. However, all three of the hidden charges are deceptive and dare I say fraudulent?.

The hidden charge I bet really helps their bottom line. Most definitely fraudulent but if they put out quality product and comes fast, than I'm not going to sweat over $5. I bet most feel the same way and just let it go.

Well since the US threw up their arms over the $5 charge for using their debit card the Banks have probably sneaked something similar.

OK i got my stuff and everything is accounted for.

But now I'm getting irritated. The extra $5 and some change was an international fee that was included on top of the final price. I checked my bank and I got another charge for the same fee again. So I'm being doubled charged the international fee. First, included with final price and 2nd, was the same amount but as a separate charge. This is now getting on my nerves and I will be looking at my account very carefully from now on. If another weird charge comes in, its time for a chargeback.They do put out quality product, but the financial side of it just seems really shady.

The gripes about the hidden charges are getting redundant. We all know about them so they aren't exactly hidden anymore.

You don't like it? Pay the mex prices or wait 7 to 24 days for your meds or your LL. You all know the deal. You can't change it. Sock some money away so you don't overdraw your account, skip a pack of smokes, or buy a forty of OE instead of that six pack of Corona.

Wait for your order to come. Eat six or seven alps, wait an hour, then check your bank account statement.

After that feel free to post about riding pink clouds through a magical world where money looks like little purple ovals.

Is anyone else having difficulties with when you place your order and you get to the second step and enter your card information it just sends you back to the main page? I Ordered about 30 minutes ago and have yet to receive a confirmation email.. is there a lag of some sorts I am not aware of or should I just say the hell with it if the money isn't out of my account within the next 5 or 6 hours? The last couple times I ordered in the last month and a half I received an email confirmation within 5 minutes of placing the order and a TN within the next day or two.

If anyone else is experiencing this problem or has in the past please fill me in with a little insight at to what this is all about. Really don't want to lose this vendor as my primary source.

that didnt happen to me tho... when i ordered i got a confir email within minutes & a tracking # they next day. I would hold tight for a bit & see what happens. Hopefully you used a CC, worst case you can charge back in a few days if you feel the need to
