Also calling carrier is bad idea. If it is held by security, they have ur name, address, phone# and voice if it is recorded. Be smart
 
Wow I was just about to put an order in. Maybe I will wait till things calm down. I am sure he has his hands full

 
One more add from my experience in general. Stuff happens in this line of work. A is probably now trying to get the backlog out in the safest way possible. For those who are in panic and about to delete their emails and hard drives...dont. The LE has better things to do than beating down the doors a people like the average Joe.. Also bombarding the vendor and the carrier will DO NOTHING except create more problems. I use the webpage of the carrier to get my updates, last time it showed it arrived at the loacal distribution and was not moving. 2 hours later it was delivered and THAN it was updated. Also A has probably hundreds of emails in the inbox, probably not going to help to add more.

The best way is to get updates by people like Ms Pe**** and wait it out.

Best lesson learned, dont run out of inventory....

 
It was. But you have to sign up for the service with the carrier for delivery notifications of any thing coming to your addy. I know before Amazon emails me that they shipped whatever i bought through this service. You can PM me if you need/want to know more about it

I am in the awaiting crowd. Ordered something unusual from the SY crew so I shall definitely be posting up about it the quality/legitimacy of it. I won't say what it is just yet, but it is not among any of the common things that people have been receiving fakes of...

 
I did not see in the effl*rx thread anything that indicated this security thing happened with them also - just people saying that "another SY had some security holds" and they could have been referring to A.

Sometimes something like this is a good reminder that this is NOT ordering from CVS or Amazon. People forget there are risks involved, especially with someone as reliable as A. The old rules always apply: Never send more money than you can afford to lose, never assume you will be able to obtain your products within a day or two or even a week of order (i.e. don't wait until needs are critical,) try to be as safe as possible.

And one last thing to remember, when A makes it up to someone who didn't get their order, that comes out of his pocket. He gets the funds, pays someone to send the product, and takes whatever fraction he is allowed to keep. If he makes up a lost order, he has to pay the sender again without recieving more funds. That's why so many vendors will not just resend a lost order, they will "add a few extra to your next order" etc.

I think this is a very good thing to remember, and a great observation. I have actually offered to pay A for shipping it again. He is the best. I want him to know that. It's the least I could do.

Just an FYI to others waiting, asked for an update and my order from Monday AM is expected to ship tomorrow. I believe he is working through a backlog.

 
he got back to me last night saying my package from friday fiasco was going out today, and very cordially and nicely expressed the backlog and logistics he's working through because of this debacle, hope this helps, stay calm /default_smile.png if u can...

Sorry for the delay in posting. My package arrived this morning. I didn't realize it because the guy stuck it in our garage instead of the front door like a normal delivery person would.

Anyway, it came and everything was what I had ordered.

Don't lose hope yet!

Worst case scenario they just refund you after checkout. I would just try that if you really need it for medical purposes. My gut is telling me this is what I had to do but like I said, i can't recall 100%
