In the states there is a legal difference between us mail & fedex ups.  Fedex & ups are private businesses that can do whatever they want to really, open a box (for their own safety etc) including comply with LE even without a warrant whereas a warrant is needed for the us mail.

You are definitely doing a regimen!  What is your feedback on this?  Strangely I've heard of nicotine as a noop.  I don't smoke but do use nic in smokeless form - switched from highly toxic American chew to swedish snus which claims to have less additives.
