My order 16/03 still hasn't arrived and I live in Uk and all my previous orders have been 3 to 5 days

I read on the web if a company gets a serious amount of chargebacks they will have numerous ways of taking payment in the future taken away, so this will hit them big time  if you do a chargeback - what happens - does it show up on your credit file 

Oh so unless I paid for the insurance I won't get a reship - totally gutted now - work bloody hard for my money and it's now gone and nothing to show for it
