I thought I should add to this discussion I have tried micro dosing diazepam. I very quickly found I needed a higher dose and can eat those things like smarties! I haven't found this experimenting with alprazolam so far. Stay safe in these interesting times. x- Blackdog

I have been experimenting with this. I have found for me (and I believe everybody reacts differently) that a 0.25mg dose twice a day (morning and evening) makes my life livable.
