I completely understand wanting to be updated with shipping info and everything but man, sometimes you just need to be patient and use common sense. What would be the point in using priv text at all if you’re just going to type sensitive info in clear text after one failed response 🤦‍♂️

Order for 1G ODSMT placed 1 week ago today just came in everything is good as expected. Only issue was payment processor but that got sorted out quick as soon as vendor was notified so 10/10 for customer service.
