  7. R @ rasetreydir: That deep fried turkey is very good, but yes, a lot of work. Then you have 10 gallons of oil to dispose of. Same reason i stopped doing oil changes myself on our cars. Maybe there's supply chain issues that are affecting supermarkets and basically everything else in some way.
  8. K @ knofflebon: I've done deep fried turkey the past few years but it's a huge pita. I tried to find some pre-smoked turkey but for some reason all the local meat departments are like "Yeah, we haven't stocked any in a while and I dunno why.."
