photopea is a pretty good option, its basically just a free web clone of photoshop front-end

i mean they're just basic graphics... you could make one in mspaint if you really wanted to... just have to DM admin about getting it put up there.

Something fishy for sure, will ask for a menu and then in turn send his and act so extremely confused about it. He also is pretending to be a different vendor I know on another platform, I know it isn't him. So wanted people to be aware cause I believe he is gonna start showing up in people's emails
