I agree with you that you got to watch where you get stuff and what’s in it. Had someone  2mg bars that had high levels of flunitraz as well as alp which was meant to be the main ingredient 

@SpriteHamster suppose it's different horses for  different courses.My rule of thumbe was don't do more tham 10x 30mg because the effect never increased. Just run out of stuff quicker

@sweetmelissa589 i thought it was aroud 20-30 to switch. I heard people wait longer than 24-48 hours though before using subtx. Literally about 5-7 days. Maybe it's different how long it takes people to get the shit out their system.

@Dickslapperman i've never really noticed any negative effects from a stable dose of either suby or mdone. Might be because i often abused both because the H was shit and couldn't get anything else consistently that would leave you high as a kite. And most of the time i got it all free.

@sweetmelissa589 so you swapped to subys after doing the week or whatever it is off mdone. I've considered doing that because i've successful stopped subys, but waiting that amount of time needed to switch over seems like making the transition to being  "Clean" harder then it already is. @sweetmelissa589 I feel you. I have come of subys before. I wrote about it on here. I feel meth is a lot harder to do. Or i've done to many rattles and don't have the mental strength to go through it all again. 

I've heard people say go back on H or whatever you were using and do a shorter rattle. It kind of makes sense. 

Maybe i'm being dumb, but don't understand what you mean. It can help taper your meth use. But you can't take it together? Do you mean don't mix the kratom in your measured out dose of meth? Aren't they trying to ban vaporizers in the states? Heard something about them blowing up in peoples faces and others getting lung problems from using them for a few years. Everyone including myself are just guinea pigs for this new way of self harm.

@DoomKitty i didn't use the phone for anything important. Just downloaded the app to see what it did, then deleted. I can just use a call and text only phone and not miss a "Smartphone." Interesting to know the apps are sketchy though. 

Literally don't understand half of these abbreviations ha. The only thing i noticed using a vpn on a phone is you get foreign ads on YouTube for example. Suppose what else do you expect for something that's free. Probably signing access to your phone away if you read the small print.
