Does anyone know if a person needs to come off Effexor totally out of system prior to switching to Wellbutin?

O have been taking ArMofafinil for a month. Since I started I have had a terrible head cold. Can't sleep because I can't breath. I read the side effects and flu like symptoms are one of them. I live in a cold climate bit have never been sick this long. Has anyone else experienced this.
