Waiting on any confirmation from an order about a week and a half ago and still no response- I’ve waited about this long and still had orders ship but I’ve lost hope on this one really is a shame. Would write off fractal as selective scammers at the best

I’ve always had great luck with fractal, a couple orders I believe were off by a couple milligrams and the shipping is slower than should be for domestic but quality is good and products seem legit, admin is also responsive to any issues and checkout is easy
