@LunaLovegood thank you!! I'm determined to learn more about non pharmacy "meds" (Kratom, Kava, etc) Not because I am trying to avoid pharm meds but just to have the knowledge of what is out there. :) I have a lot of learning to do but I think it is a topic worth my time for sure.
