Best way to trade up or down?

Is there a maximum a reciever can get per day or per month? Anyone? A just emailed me that the reciever only picked up 2 today and mine was supposedly one of them. I'm trying to help him out. Happy New Year All.

Fyi to all Tried sending money 2 times to different receivers and both have exceeded the amount they can recieve in a month. Waiting for another reciever name who hasn't gotten to the max. Next time I am gonna order the first of the month rather than the last week. What a PITA.
