Good to hear, nice going sticking with the program. To help gain weight I've started eating more stuff with calories and saving the juicy fruit for occasional desert. Also having fun with all that Halloween candy on sale too.

Tolerance def. builds up quickly, glad you didn't start with 6-8. That could have caused a "s0ma" c0ma", which isn't really dangerous (AFAIK, at least at that level) but would have scared you and even worse people around you. Best to take baby steps with those things.
