Thank God you were ok bro and same ... it’s no joke to be in dialysis or waiting for a kidney /liver transplant  I think it’s genetic as well I’ve known people to get a bad flu over medicate by say 1000mg a day and end up getting poisoned .  Always err on the side of cation 

I was taking 4000mg + of acetaminophen for years (nearly every day) as it was combined with another pk not hydros... I no longer do this but had bloods done liver and kidneys 100% fine  I think it’s a case of ones own particular dna and metabolism etc  i would never do this now nor do I...

I’m truly sorry for you’re troubles.  GAD & Panic attacks are no fun and even worse with a concomitant  Benzo dependency . i usually only use them on really bad days dr rx so maybe 1-2 a week if that and more likely usually about once every few weeks just had a particular bad few days so...

x@ns always happens next day I notice I took a lot more than I intended/ thought and blacked out at some point and wake up 13 - 21 hours later 😂 v@li are good but over 40mg and I get angry and irritable  i only use benzz 3-4 times a month max not my doc will be trying kpinz soon hopefully...
