I put in an order (to the central US) in February, but nothing ever arrived. Since it was my first delivery issue, they agreed to reship. I got the shipping confirmation a little over two weeks ago, sure hoping to get to see this amazing packaging myself here soon!

Yup, I was one of the unlucky suckers who lost money to CanadaChems. I'm still not convinced that whole situation was a deliberate exit scam; it looks like one, but it doesn't smell like one. They had too much time and money invested in that site to just cut and run like that... My best theory...

45 business days seems to be their rule. I emiled them 8 weeks after ordering, and they said to keep watching the mail for another week.

I have not. My order from April 11th was only updated from "Processing" to "Completed" on April 29, but I've received no response to repeated emails (and no mail).
