I sure hope not. He had a history of extremely negligent/ sketchy business practices. Sending out mislabeled chems, lying to customers, etc. He also came across as a giant asshole.

Look, you may have a valid complaint here But it's being undermined by the fact that you're clearly lying about having done analytical testing. In the future, it may be wise to present only what you can prove.
