That’s a very small dose. I get 2 8 mg a day from my doctor. I am not sure what the size of the pills are but if you can take them all at once even 2 mg should give you some relief. Hopefully that helps 

For nerve pain they work great. Also help some with anxiety. The withdrawals are about the same as b3nzos and alcohol. All of them work on your gaba receptors.
