  2. M @ Mammasboi123: @iamgroot it may also depend on if the product sold was indeed something other than what was received. If the test proved it was the wrong item, it depends on the testing used. A lab can be expensive, so it would be a nice gesture to pay for part of that testing. If it’s an at-home reagent test then no, I don’t believe you need to do anything more than what you did!

You're not responsible for all of the incidentals associated with said product. You're thread speaks for itself should anyone either a) question reliability or b) leave 1 isolated negative remark. Don't accommodate; what will they ask for next?
