    @Conceited yip im pretty much schooling my key worker. Me and a few done coke at a wedding and it came up in the piss test, she said "why would you take coke at a wedding?" I kinda lost everything when she asked that. Pretty much felt like saying "who doesnt do coke at a wedding?" haha

    @Conceited  a taper is in progress according to my key worker. shes gives me 4mg a day now which does absolutely nothing, which makes phone me guy for 50..iits a fekin nightmare

    As per title, I've been on benzos, mostly valium for the best part of 10 years. the longest  managed without was 3 weeks, that stopped the sickness, the anxiety (shakes, sweating, impending doom feeling). LW815 @ LW815: This probably isn’t a discussion for the shout box but in hopes to prevent something harmful from happening - volumetric solutions are the only truly safe way to ensure DIY jobs are properly, evenly mixed. Anything else short of proper equipment can and almost surely will result in inconsistency. Though I guess if you had the patience and means to properly weigh each individually that could also ensure proper measurement per thing you’re making
