My suggestion is to stay away from this vendor for a (long) while and see if things ever get running smoothly again. Lot of odd happenings going on at ole' Palm, and I don't like the look of em.

Not that I'd order from them anyway but I do keep an eye on em outta curiosity...what's with.the order quota being reached by like noon every day? VERY weird.

And $50+shipping may seem steep but if they actually overnighted within 2 days of order it would be reasonable imo. But theu don't.

My no-show didn't come with an ll so have no recourse to dispute, but for those of you did it's unacceptable for them to not stand behind their business. While they may never respond, we all know there's someone on the other end reading them. Sad to say my Palm days are over :(

Yeah, that was always my stance with them. Trouble is these days 'not expecting' is a reality with palm.

Don't know if I qualify as a palm 'vet' (about 15 orders over the last yr+) but I recieved an order awhile back when others got ll, but my last order placed several wks back never got to me. I always got tracking in the past but not on last cpl orders (including one which DID arrive)...enough...

Ehh, with the downward spiral of palm knew it was bound to happen sooner or later. Sad days nonetheless.... Palm was fun to gamble with while it lasted.
