    What I have noticed is bad news spreads more than good news. Seems most people once receive order, simply dropout here. Maybe for reasons I do not know, its easy to see those with few complains and conclude it happens to over 90% of my business. I equally see only same people complaining in this...

    I already refunded @manny for his order but he seems reluctant acknowledging that but has been on my kneck all along here even when I told him to be patient. I can do push extra for speed of delivery. I did my due deligence to refund despite package still onboard and could get delivered anytime...
