I was prescribed propanolol also, for a non nacartic anxiety med. It didn't work either. But some people find it help, my psych said alot of public speaker's use it because it helps with physical symptoms of anxiety...

Yea, I've had issues with benzo abuse for over a decade. Been in rehab 3 times for it. I really hope I don't sound like I'm bragging. Trying something new,going a different route. My psych just got rx'ed vyvance (used to be adderall, which I HATE) and am gonna try to stop the little blue guys...

@chilly willy don't wanna get too off topic here, but I agree with you. Now I need to find some one who is honest and priced reasonably and carries rock climbing gear ;) don't wanna catch a habit just a few weeks worth then I'll be good. Also I though maybe changing from blue guys to white...

@brandon74 That's true!, found some halcion I stashed away so it's helping with sleep. I wish I was lying about taking that many ksalol but I unfortunately am not. Believe me or not I have no reason to lie. 

Well as happy as I was the pack received in 9 days I have to say...I'm taking 20-30 and feeling NOTHING. I've read about benzo addiction and tolerance. I think I was given vitamins that maybe aren't as strong or fake. I am really disappointed l, I've used other vendors an never had this issue...

Hey guys/gals I was wondering if someone with some experience could suggest a steroid routine for me. I need to loose about 70 lbs but i know i cant just eat junk and take steroids. I was going to do a modified atkins/paleo and weights everyday with cardio 1-2×week Any suggestions woukd be awesome
