Causing the most harm in our communities namely alvohol and cigarettes. They kill hundreds of thousands each year and are the source of violent crime, broken home, etc... instead of going after medicine which have made comparatively small harm. Not too easy that i3 think there shouldn't be blocks preventing children access to powerful medicine.
