Follow up: After another couple of less than helpful responses, I sent a rather shirty email re my order not arriving (which, in truth, probably made no difference whatsoever) and today my 'replacement' order for the ones which obviously 'got lost' - arrived in the post. I received a (small tester) order from them a couple of months ago. Arrived within 3-4 days of payment. Placed a larger order on 6th but nothing yet. Getting a bit of a run-around in email exchanges. Will update when I have one.- SamL
