I got my last order from them about 6 months ago. It took a while because order was seized. They have always sent the goods, but it can take a while. Customs seems to be their main issue. Site is up and down all the time.

Club Alp sent me the rest of my gear in the reship. I ended up with 100 extra. They are ok by me.

They have reshipped my order. I hope to heck it makes it through customs. I had thought they had ripped me off. I finally got a letter confirming why I didn't receive. They should have broken up the order. Customs nabbed one large order. I don't get why they sent it out like that?

Some update on Clubalp! They did send my package. I recently received a customs seizure letter. For those that have not received, this looks like the deal. The point of entry coming into Miami, not good. They apparently have stepped up their efforts. So they are at least trying, but a hard deal...

I think your right about something custom wise is going on in Argentina. Clubalp is taking orders they can't get out of the country. That is where they are shady. Now their site is down. This makes me even more unsure. I have seen this happen before though. Big picture, I am done with this...

I have a pending order with Clubalp. It HAS BEEN CLOSE TO 3 WEEKS since order was shipped. I have always received before. Now I am starting to get nervy because of all the neg. posts. Anyone receive lately? I always get my order in this time frame.

My opinion on this IOP is that their crappy business people, not necessarily cons. I have always received my orders. I have one OUTSTANDING. I am anxiously waiting it out. Will post the good, bad or ugly when I know something.
