My shots were always before naps and bedtimes for that exact reason. Eating healthy carbs all day helps (2-3 grams per lb). And most importantly, avoid meals (sugar). MEANING: Take your HGH shots 2hrs before your meals, or 1hr after your meals. You need to be diligent about this all day...
