In Canada if you need methylphenidate, Biphentin is superior to Concerta...look for those, they are 12 hour beads within a capsule type thing, and they go up to 80mg! As for myself I hate MPH but we got this here only in Canada, came out before Concerta did by a decade, so cheaper too.
