The PO there has certainly been in financial trouble in recent weeks, but I've no idea what effect that has had on the service (their Facebook page and comments made by people living there makes for interesting reading though...). So I don't think it's a leap to imagine the money woes may have...

Correct, there is no insurance option for the UK. We either get it or not. Given the lack of posted delivery activity here and at their own forums I've gone to my back-up for the time being. Will be happy to go with TTM again once things look like they are back on track.

Good job I check recent feedback before ordering as it seems they are having a rough patch atm. Hopefully we will see some deliveries being posted soon but for the moment I will hold off.

I've pretty much written off my 09/23 one now. Doesn't seem likely that's gonna turn up with US orders coming in (we usually get them a few days faster this side of the pond, so not looking good). Placed another mailed 10/15, so I can only hope I have better luck with that one.

Still nothing for my 09/23 (or 09/25 if it was shipped then). Had to try another (hopefully speedy) source as a stop gap for the moment as I'm running a bit too low for comfort. Do have another order mailed 10/15 but as things stand I'm trying to cover myself however I can Have any Brit buyers...

Just to update, the site is back up and have been able to log in and see my orders status with no problem. Just waiting for the them to arrive now....

Their website and forums have been up & down for the last few days. I was able to log in to mine and see my orders status late Thursday evening, but have not looked since, so no idea if I'd get the same as you (they are down again as I'm typing, but will likely be up again later in the day)...

I would think the batch thing would be specific to the destination country , ie: if one from a certain date to the USA for example is seized on entry, all would be, but that need not apply to other countries (least I hope not...) And I think atm that while they have shipent dates the order they...
