I placed an order from them a few weeks ago, got confirmation that my payment went through but they haven't sent me shipping information nor have they responded to my support emails. I'll update this if something changes, but for the time being I would avoid. 

Update - still haven't received my package or an email. Add SOAP to the burn book.

Can anyone confirm whether SOAP is shipping during the lockdown? Order confirmation went through a few days ago but still waiting on notice that the package was actually shipped. Haven't tried to actually get in touch with them yet but will if no notice arrives before EOD. 

Tell them you're doing reagent testing, or say you're doing gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (i.e, doing your own GC-MS test).
