Received empty package

Ordered a basic subscription. The expected delivery date was the normal 5 days out. Well on 5th day the status changed to "moving through network" lasting several days. When mags finally arrived, the box was empty with a red stamp that said "unsealed", "without content", "in damaged condition". Has this happened to anyone else? Source seems to think I'm scamming them even though I sent pic.

Dear Mate,

If you haven't received the product, please contact your vendor to request a reshipment or refund. As a vender, It is our responsibility to ensure that the customer receives the product in good condition. If not, the vendor should process either a refund or reshipment.

Customs maybe?

If it went through customs they'll keep the pack and send a LL. If it was damaged in transit they don't usually mark it. This seems suspicious IMO bug possibly it was damaged in transit

Damn… never fun when US Customs fu ks with your paid-for merchandise like that

A few months ago, I ordered a small HGH kit (10 vials) from TURKEY.

When the package got to NYC — instant transfer into CUSTOMS for 2-3 weeks

After almost 1 month in Customs, it was released & delivered 1 week later.

RED TAPE EVERYWHERE

My shipping envelope was super shredded!!

My box of HGH was surprisingly still there & looked unopened & untouched.

But the outside envelope was now taped over with a bright red FDA “clearance” sticker. The FDA, folks

SUPER EMBARRASSING!! I haven’t ordered ANYTHING again from Turkey


PS:
This happened on the same week, when our off-duty MARINES were assaulted in Turkey. Incident made the international news for days — about how citizens in Turkey wish for us “Yankees” to get out & go home
