*I am posting this because I want Chem to do better. He could easily be one of the best vendors on here if he was more professional and had better communication.

His 100% money back guarantee is 100% BS. He sold me this black H3R01N im afraid to use, so I asked for a refund or a reship (and even offered to send it back to him) and he said 'no its primo stuff.'

I got the admins involved and they also said that there is definitely something wrong. Chem responded with "if he gets it tested and it is below 93% Ill refund his money.' This was also a lie. I got it tested and it was 84%. I showed him the results and he just said 'Ill throw in some extra next time you order.' Like wtf, that wasnt the deal. We fought back and forth and landed on him re-sending me half the order. This problem is because of his supplier, not me, I shouldnt be taking responsibility for it.

His professionalism is so bad. How does he expect to grow his business if he treats his customers like this? I was a loyal customer that bought an ounce at a time. I never bothered him when shipments were late or anything to the point that he posted on his forum how he appreciated my patience and would send me a free gift or extra stuff when i ordered. That was also a lie. I have never recieved a free gift or extra stuff from him ever. Im guessing he just posted that on his forum to make himself look good.

I attached photos of what he sent me. On the left is the primo stuff I usually get. On the right is the weird black stuff. Im sure anyone with two brain cells can see that there is something wrong with it. I am afraid to use it.

FYI Chem CAN be a very good supplier when things are going well. He has also proven that he can come through in the end.

There was an issue about a year ago where his wife had an accident and he couldnt ship out our products. He ghosted for a few weeks and people were very frustrated about the situation. HOWEVER, he did come through. It took about two months to get our stuff, but he did send it. It literally took 2 days to receive my stuff after the issue was resolved.

He messaged me right now saying that things are messed up but he is going to resend/refund people that he owes. But it's going to take some time. So there is hope for the people that frustrated.

Yeah, I told him to post on here and to be open and honest about everything that is going on. His communication needs a lot of work.

There are rules to this game, using your family as an out is a no go, whether it's true or not. Chem ghosted instead of being a good businessman. He proved to be a status baller instead of a grown up businessman. This time just happened to be the wrong guy he stole from...chemcabinet54 = just another thief . I will be sending DMs to his followers and who he is following. Yes I am bring extra, but how would anyone handle this?

I'm honestly the nicest most polite guy 90% of the time. Until I'm not....here's a trivia question. My user name is a reference to the Old-school Charlie Sheen movie Platoon...any guesses?

For sure, I agree, his lack of communication and ghosting people is his worst quality and he should really be posting daily no matter what...I just put it up there to show that there is a good chance everybody will get mags reshipped or a refund, but that its going to take some time.

He SHOULD have given you a refund to you right away and since he didnt you have every right to post negative reviews. As I said in my other comment his 100% money back guarantee is complete BS. Also having the admins post on his forum is already a pretty big red flag LOL

However, I have seen Chem at his best: fast shipping, quality product, good communication, etc. and if he can get back to that point I would have no problem using him again. But its going to take a lot to gain back the trust of everyone that he screwed over.

PS the part in your messages where he just sent you an emoji instead of a response is hilarious. Like, just the worst communication ever.

Dang i have probably seen platoon over ten times.. but I cant figure it out.

We had one domestic order in November that went really smooth and real clean. Ended up doing another order of the same value but international and there was some delay due to the Canada Post strikes. Waited it out and he said it’d take X amount of days, waited that out then it was another X amount of days. Waited those out and now he’s not replying. Can see he’s online but he doesn’t reply.
All we wanted it openness, even if there were delays, we aren’t fuck head and we get shit can go wrong and things need to be sorted. But avoiding sending a tracking number weeks after supposed arrival. Avoiding replying to a simple “what’s going on?”. It’s feeling like scam territory.
Thankfully this is all before we invested properly, but it’s sad to see such a potential vendor go to waste.
Always have hope things will come around, but for now we are greatly disappointed.

Yea I agree, saying nothing is the worst thing to do and eventually just pisses people off making them feel like they got scammed. Supposedly January 26th is his big day, I will definitely put all my eggs in that basket while holding my breath and having faith...lol
