The courier is buggy, their tracking can be super wonky & sometimes just not update as their scanners sometimes just have issues scanning the barcode, or any other kind of system error. Either way, once he says he’s shipped, it’s shipped. It’ll land, be patient! This is a real one as far as business people go thank you for being someone I know I don’t need to worry about anything with, man! You are appreciated for all of your hard work

Writing my review a little late here - I ordered and received my package almost a month now, but I wanted to get the review out as it's another great experience.

This time I opted to order the largest amount of O-DMST available, which is something I don't usually do, as spending large amounts of currency on a single package stresses me out because of potential hiccups or problems from the vendor.
But this is my third order, and Uncharted has earned my trust THROUGHLY with my experience on my last two orders, and I feel fully comfortable with any size order because I know my funds are in good hands.

To no surprise, the order was a slam dunk. I've already gushed about it before, so I'll keep it short:
Ordering, 10/10
Shipping, 10/10
Quality, 10/10
Price, 11/10
Customer service, 11/10

This will likely be my last review, as at this point I've said pretty much all there is to say about how amazing this vendor. It certainly won't be my last order though, and I look forward to all future business!

Not to sound redundant, but this vendor has quite literally always done a fantastic job at every aspect of being a vendor. Communication is a 10/10, they always ships fast, and they conduct business in a professional and efficient manner. No BS ever. I’ve been a customer for quite a while now, and intend on being so for the foreseeable future.

Quality 10/10 - like I’ve said before, I expect this high quality from Uncharted, & I’m never disappointed
& of course, comms is a 20/10, bc this guy is SO great to work with. Always responds quickly, always keeps you updated every step up the way, always takes care of any issues &/or questions that might occur in the process - definitely someone others should look to for influence on running a successful business!

Pricing can’t be beat, & the professionalism + speed in response is unreal. Packages always arrive quickly - the only issue I ever have with speed in delivery is with the courier itself, never Uncharted. I live in a tiny rural area, & that courier has a vendetta against getting me any of my mail

Fast, simple, and straight to the point, just how I like it. Never bullshitting, and always as professional as can be. I have 100% trust in uncharted, I can always expect that my package will be delivered the day after placing an order.
