So I bought bitcoin, but how do i donate?

I got an app to transfer/exchange usd for bitcoin and also got a bitcoin wallet, after reading the thread on how to donate with btc or usd... I still don't understand how to donate. For example, I'll see opal or sapphire mentioned in a thread but I don't see any option to send money to them. My goal is to be able to view, and purchase from the US or Mexican pharmacies, but they're private. Can someone please like give me detailed instructions or something on how to do this because I've been trying literally for days lol. Any help is appreciated.
